I've done them every night now at the gym and my trunk feels like I'm wearing a suit of armour (under the wobbly bits ;-) ) 50 in a row is tough challenge but doing them in sets of 15 for the moment...

Jeeze... Just did 50 of those 135 lb floor wipers up the gym. Absolute killer...

Hi mate, I saw this some time ago. It all started with Gym Jones training the actors of 300. Then the rumours started that they had to perform 300 reps as part of their training. This obviously wasn't true but it became a massive things for people to do.

I done this when I was in London....I'm still going!!!!!!
