cheers for all the comments every one, well it was hurting still for a few days more after but fine now:)

will give it another go in about a month and see what i can do this time.

Well Done Paul... you have set the pace now and inspired a few others to get their ass down to boot camp... a few of my mates have seen the video and wanna come and do it now... think the competiton is on!!
