Welcome one and all...

As this is my site, I guess I should get the ball rolling with a blog post.

Well firstly, let me correct myself slightly by saying this is actually our site. It's a chance to share views, news and opinions about training. nutrition, exercise in general.

One of the many things I'm really pleased with since the whole Boot Camp training started is the support, encouragement and friendship of all the comrades.

Hi Kev, just wanted to say I really enjoyed my first bootcamp session on sat and apart from the backs of my thighs and glutes am ready for another session! (Plus if you remember our discussions about my knees and squats in a previous post, I've not noticed any pain or discomfort in that area!) Cheers again should see you sat to resume hurling objects around that field!!
