Sorry i did not get to se you at this weeks bootcamp, the kidney is still bruised and think its best i do some gentle exercise today so going for a run and hike in the woods... if you can get my number form Kevin then we can arrange for you to come over and do website stuff tomorrow, i will be free all day so anytime will will be good.

I have been in agony!!!!! Ouch ouch ouch!!!! i have found muscles i didn't know had!! Glad we got 2 weeks to recover from that one! looking forward to putting myself through it again though! Such a nice gang at bootcamp too...I always love meeting new faces..
