Anyone heard of this dude? He caught my eye when I saw his KB achievements:

* 1200 kettlebell snatches in one hour with a 24kg kettlebell
* 302 kettlebell snatches with a 24kg kettlebell in the ten minute snatch test
* 198 kettlebell snatches with a 32kg kettlebell in ten minutes

And this scary video of him snatching and then flipping a 112lb kettlebell, a technique called quite aptly, the "Tower of Terror"

We should go up the park early and give it a go. You still up for the 1RM test sat at 8:45am?

Yeah man, been working hard in the gym this week to get myself ready for it!!

Good stuff, be nice and fresh foe Sat though. So no training Thursday or Friday.

uww.. ok then... was planning a big arms and legs session on Friday... I'll move it to Sunday and have Friday as my rest day... I might to some cardio intervals on Thursday and no resistance training just to support my Elimination Diet...
